Vermont Country Iron is a family run business, located in an original 1800’s blacksmith shop at the Quechee Gorge Village, in Quechee, Vermont.

Inside our cottage style building you will find hand forged iron pieces to suit many of your needs. Vermont Country Iron designs and creates artful hardware and home accessories to fit any style of home living. Many items that you will find in our iron shop can be tailored to a specific style or design, to complement the inside or outside of your home, or business.

Rich, Kathy Just wanted to let you know the crane really came out beautiful and is actually a perfect fit. You can see the adjustable section of the crane actually centers the dutch oven exactly in the middle of the fire box. Couldn't have been better designed. You guys really do outstanding work. We'll send a few better pictures we have a good fire going later this spring. We're still thinking about some type of mini crane for the opposite side, perhaps a very simple piece that would be used for simmering or warming. Haven't quite decided yet but will be in touch
